I am a truck driver and the device will be used as a navigation system, so that they sit on boards vibration.Would this case exposed a problem? And if so, what would it be?

I suspect the hard drive is too risky, vibrations in a script. But what about direct sunlight? You probably have A / C, but still. The bulk connector (ribbon cable to the monitor and hard drive or keyboard, etc.) may be published shortly.
Unless you have your laptop safe, it is always the danger of sliding off the line - especially if something unexpected happens - hit a hole, clearing, either.
I agree with the recommendation to bring a GPS - I would probably have a better reception, and it should not be vibration problem.
