Does it cost money for 2 modems? - comcast arris telephone modems
I have a Comcast Arris modem which is connected to my main PC and wireless Linksys router that has a cable-modem cable and telephone lines for access. But I wonder if I bought a different modem Arris, and put it in my room to my cable outlet is connected, it would cost more money per month.

You can use a MAC address for each account. Modems can not share a single account / bandwidth, a single modem can connect to an account at a time. The modem should be developed through a different account for work at home, which of course costs for the price of the other account.
Use the router slot and a modem.
Juan Lima is definitely a problem with your answer. Can multiple modems connect to your account at once, in conjunction with Comcast, this is against the rules, according to Comcast TOS.
